Wood and Furniture Industry Meeting in Dobroteka

On September 29th this year, a meeting of the timber and furniture industry took place in Dobroteka, with the Vice-Marshal of the Opolskie Voivodeship, Tomasz Kostuś.

The purpose of the meeting, to which entrepreneurs operating in the timber and furniture industry were invited, was to broaden entrepreneurs' knowledge on potential sources of investment financing in the new financial perspective 2014-2020. Roland Wrzeciono – Director of the Opole Center for Economic Development – informed the participants about these possibilities. Jacek Suski – Director of the Provincial Labor Office – presented the possibilities of supporting entrepreneurship within the framework of the National Training Fund. Meanwhile, Jan Cegiełka – Creative Director of Dobroteka – presented examples of good practices in cooperation between designers and furniture manufacturers.

The event concluded with the opening of the Silesian Thing exhibition. Mr. Krzysztof Dyrda, Director of Cieszyn Castle, participated in the opening.
