"Good Designer Week" – presentations

On Wednesday, August 29, a presentation of furniture concepts created by participants of the "Good Designer Week" workshops took place. The designers presented their proposals to manufacturers—the workshop participants—and projects for prototyping were selected.

At the open "Designer Forum," original projects by workshop participants and invited guests were showcased, including Danish designer Arkadiusz Kulon, Ms. Dorota Policht from INSPIRAZIA from the Netherlands, and Ms. Adriana Fokkens-Mielczarek from Anima Design. The presented projects sparked lively reactions among manufacturers, leading to substantive discussions on aesthetic and technological topics. The evening concluded with informal conversations outdoors, at a barbecue, attended by both designers and manufacturers.

Today, from early morning hours, designers began work in production plants. This work will last two days, resulting in furniture prototypes that will be presented at the closing exhibition of the workshops on Saturday, September 1, at 1 p.m. at Dobroteka.
