Good Designer Week
Today, "Good Designer's Week" began at Dobroteka. It is a platform for cooperation between designers and manufacturers.
Dobroteka is organizing workshops for the first time for designers who will want to propose new furniture elements to four furniture manufacturers from Dobroteka. The following companies have declared their participation in the workshops: Kler, Halupczok, Lissy, Meblonowak.
These manufacturers will be obliged to produce a prototype of the designed furniture and, if the customer is interested, implement it into production.
8 designers have been invited to participate in "Good Designer's Week", including young designers associated with PPP, winners of the "Awesome Furniture" competition, and a participant of Satelite at this year's Isaloni exhibition in Milan.
Today, the manufacturers presented their technological capabilities, based on the exposition of furniture displayed in Dobroteka. The designers drew their tasks and are starting conceptual design work today.
