Good Week of the Designer 2014

An integral part of the autumn edition of the Dobrodzień Fair is the Designer's Good Week Workshop, which this year will be held for the third time.

10 young designers – students and graduates of design faculties of art academies in Krakow, Katowice, Wrocław and Poznań – will take part in the workshops. From the producers' side, companies Kler, Halupczok, Novelle, Meble Jonczyk, and Sit Sit will participate.

Workshop participants, with the help of producers, will translate their design ideas into furniture prototypes dedicated to living rooms in Polish homes. The organizer encourages participants to seek functional solutions for everyday use when thinking about the design. Scandinavian style is desired – modern and minimalistic, but not without original elements.

The workshops will begin on Monday, September 1st, at 2:00 PM at Dobroteka. On Wednesday, September 3rd, there will be a presentation of projects, a Designer's Forum, and a Project Exchange. We invite you to the exhibition of projects and presentation of furniture prototypes at Dobroteka on Monday, September 8th, at 11:00 AM.
