Exhibition "Eater of My Sorrows"

We are hosting an extraordinary exhibition at Dobroteka. Extraordinary for at least a few reasons. First and foremost, the exhibits presented are works by the youngest artists, being the winning and distinguished works in the competition entitled "My Sorrows Eater" organized by the Contemporary Art Gallery in Opole. The extraordinariness of the exhibition lies in the extraordinariness of the exhibits presented there, which are the result of children's individual reflections and work. Will the exhibits presented at the exhibition also devour your sorrows?

About the competition: the competition task involved creating a spatial form depicting an eater of individual worries. The spatial form could be made using any technique – sewn, glued, sculpted – and could combine materials available at home. It was important that it be the result of the child's individual work and reflections.

Every person, even the youngest, has many sorrows. The extraordinary "Eater" swallows all sorrows, big and small, and its hidden power can put us in a good mood.
