Meeting with representatives of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow

On January 23, 2013, we hosted representatives of the authorities and students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, including Vice-Rector Prof. Piotr Bożyk, at Dobroteka. The meeting was also attended by directors of educational institutions from Dobrodzień and representatives of manufacturing companies, including Kler, Meblonowak, and Halupczok.

The meeting presented various areas of cooperation between the university and local entities. Discussions focused on the possibility of the university supporting the activities of educational institutions with knowledge regarding the promotion of design. The potential for utilizing the capabilities of regional manufacturers in the education of students from design departments was also discussed. The topic of using creative design concepts in the furniture productions of regional manufacturers was also raised.
