Meeting with Father Professor Andrzej Hanich at Dobroteka

The new cookbook is a continuation of two previous cookbooks: "Opolszczyzna in many flavors" (2012) and "Polish and Opole Flavors" (2014). The author collected 2000 recipes from residents of the Opole region, meaning that a specific person stands behind each recipe. Readers will find both simple and sophisticated, traditional and modern recipes in the book.

The meeting was graced by a performance from the Regional Song Ensemble from the Dobrodzień Culture and Sports Center in Dobrodzień.
