Dobroteka at Arena Design in Poznań

On March 8-11 this year, the MEBLE POLSKA 2016 Furniture Fair takes place in Poznań. Dobroteka traditionally presents its achievements at Arena Design.

Arena DESIGN in Poznań is a meeting place for business producers

and designers, as well as a space for presenting the latest achievements

in the field of design. The event is aimed at an international group of: designers, architects, students, manufacturers, service companies

and traders.

Already in the second year of Dobroteka's existence, we were able to boast at Arena Design about the results of cooperation with designers and manufacturers – it was

a presentation of the Good Designer Week and the Designer Forum that took place

in 2012. We then exhibited furniture prototypes created

in Dobrodzień at workshops, original furniture of workshop participants

and guests of the Designer Forum. We were also able to show the design of global brands that were included in Dobroteka's commercial offer.

To this day, we continue workshops at Dobroteka and every year we show the furniture created during them at Arena Design. However, this year we were tempted to present the results of cooperation with young designers also

in the commercial space of the Furniture Fair with a mini offer under the mysterious brand DO_M. Potential traders and users will be welcomed

in pavilion 3A at stand 19.

This year, as last year, we will also show the results of the second open-air sculpture of functional form under the name The Noblest Form of Wood Processing. These unique objects were created by sculptors personally or in cooperation with carpentry workshops from the region during a two-week stay in Dobrodzień. It turns out that artists, in addition to celebrating form, can also pragmatically treat the function of the furniture being developed – we invite you to test, pavilion 5, stand 43.
