18th edition of the "Diamond of Furniture" competition

Diamond of Furniture Making – the 18th edition of the competition begins!

 

Diament Meblarstwa (Diamond of Furniture Making) is a prestigious competition for the furniture industry, and this year it is being organized for the eighteenth time. Dobroteka Interior Gallery has also granted honorary patronage to the competition this year.

 

The 18th edition of Diament Meblarstwa, which has just begun, adheres to the unwavering principle that each year, products worthy of attention are released onto the market. The competition provides an opportunity for designers, production teams, and manufacturers to showcase the results of their diligent work. Every year, objects appear on the Polish market that we want to have in our surroundings—true diamonds. It is precisely such products that the organizers and jury of the competition are seeking.

 

For several years, the Chapter has been discovering unpolished diamonds within the special category "young design." Students and graduates of schools and universities have the opportunity to submit their furniture and interior design projects to the competition free of charge.

 

The winners will be selected by the Chapter, which comprises several dozen individuals, including architects, interior designers, bloggers, media and organization representatives, academics, and furniture industry experts. The jury will also include representatives from trade fairs, furniture retail, production technology, wholesalers, and patent and certification firms.

 

Internet Users' Diamond in a new look

The new chapter, which the competition enters with the inauguration of its 18th edition, brings further changes to its format. Taking advantage of the launch of the new BIZNES.meble.pl service in November 2022 and the portal's thorough transformation, the organizers decided to relaunch the Internet Users' Diamond award. This year's plebiscite will start on October 23rd and run until October 30th. Voting by website users for what they consider to be the best product will begin on the new version of the portal immediately after the jury's verdict is published. The plebiscite winner will receive the Internet Users' Diamond statuette.

 

Honorary and Media Patrons of the 18th edition of Diament Meblarstwa include online portals, magazines, and institutions associated with the furniture industry, ensuring wide promotion of the competition through announcements and media coverage.

 

Participation in the competition is not only a chance to win a statuette and the opportunity to use the Diament Meblarstwa logo to mark awarded products; it also promotes the brand, opens doors to new audiences, and offers a chance to stand out from the competition.

 

The Diament Meblarstwa 2024 competition runs from June to December 2023 and consists of 5 stages. The culmination of this year's edition will be the competition catalog, which will premiere during the Awards Gala in Warsaw.
